I was offered to try this product for free for 10 days, which included a membership in the mineral elements cosmetic club; all that was required was for me the potential customer to pay shipping and handling. After the free trial My understanding is if the customer has 10 days to try the product the trial date starts when the customer receives the product and not when the company sends the product to the customer.
