With all of the glorious comments on this board one has to wonder if the company has not posted them. My experience after recieving the watch is very different than the goody comments posted. The purchase was easy and a good experience. After receiving the watch there were 2 problems with it. I responded to the contact us tab on their website 2 times ---no response. I tried the chat icon and my chat partner told me to contact them through the contact us tab. It has now been 1 week and no response from them.
