Was with Alltel for over 10 years. Then Verizon bought ALLTEL out last year and the problem began. Always had free international texting. My wife is from the Philippines so this was very convient. Last April we extended our ALLTEL contract to include FREE texting. In April, Verizon started charging for incoming/outgoing texts because THEY decided to change my contract.
