mortgage payment is based on $187, 000.00 and the home is only worth $77, 000.00 in a low income proverty area of Sacramento, CA. Tried working with Saxon to modify loan. After denial of recieving paperwork and faxes i was denied. now I owe back payments as well as current. Monthly payment requested is $1, 870.00. Need help in keeping my home.
