Sir/ Madam I have a gas connection with Indian Gas. My Consumer No.is 4909. I booked for the Gas Cylinder on 26th May 2011 but till today on 18th June 2011 not deliver. My Booking No.5972. I trying by phone, is always busy, if by luck I get line their representative, he says we have not any cylinder, tomorrow must be delivered, therefore come after two days.They give delivery to who give black. I am very sorry to say I am facing such type problems always from Ladnun Gas Service. So, Please improve customer service and arrange to deliver gas cylinder as early as possible.
