I ordered a cellphone through this company and paid the full amount of 192 euros by bank draft. After 10 days I queried about the cellphone as I had not received it and was informed by Rong2007 that the cellphone was being held in customs and for it to be released i needed to pay another 115 euros within 2 days otherwise the cellphone will be kept by customs for ever. Since I refused to pay the extra 115 euros, I asked for a refund and the answer was negative.
