I was charged twice for my hotel room and priceline said the first charge was an authorization and was not actually a charge and it would drop off in 3-5 days. It's a good thing that I had the money in the bank, because if I didn't I would have been charged a overdraft fee (I'm sure this has happen to someone). The customer service people are so rude. They don't even apoloigize for the extra charge. read full review »
