easy jet overbooked the amount of infants on our flight. they had 13 legal infant life cots and had booked 23 infants on the flight. they knew this well in advance - but at boarding they forced myself, my husband and our 2 young kids off the flight denying us boarding and placing us in a hot stuffy lounge - refusing to give us the vital info we needed. first they tried to fool us into 100 pounds each in compensation which is totally illegal - because forcing someone of a flight according to the law enabls them to 600 euro each. but they... read full review »
