We paid for our bike hire using the website pedalcentralpark.com, we were directed to a paypal site and it all looked legit. When we arrived at the address specified on the confirmation email (28 West 60th) we were told that we had to go to (348 West 57th). When we arrived there and gave them our confirmation number we were told that it didnt exist. When we explained that we paid online using Paypal we were told that their company does not use Paypal on their site and that we were most likely scammed.
