I've ordered a cellphone from an online store named www.rong2007.com. I made the payment through western union. After several days without receiving any info about my order, i made an inquiry to the store. They informed me that my ordered was blocked at the customs and told me that i have to pay them another 200$ for the customs fine or place another order to have my order delivered.
