VERY DISATISFIED!!! Took my cat in, (finally). to have a bath, nails cut, and haircut. I dropped him off @ 11:00 AM and was told he'll be done at 3PM. I went back in and they told me they weren't done and that he'll be done after 330PM.. When I brought him home I noticed that they didn't do what I wanted them to do. I wanted a complete haircut.
