Please complain and send letters to Texas State Attorney General's Office. There are over 300 complaints on this site complaining about Americredit and bad practices. If everyone sends their comments and troubles with this company to the Texas State Attorney General's Office, they cannot ignore but investigate these complaints. They will have to clean up shop or be put out of business.
