Repeatedly horrible customer service on Friday Nights (Panoptikon Night). There have been several times throughout various Friday nights when the DJs will play extremely noisy music that actually clears out the dance floor for 30 minute intervals rather than playing good goth and electronic music that encourages people to dance. For instance instead of playing Skinny Puppy and The Misfits classics they will play pathetic and slow remixes done by poseur artists.
