I had shipped household goods with total weight 76 kg's in seven boxes on 24/03/2011 vide invoice no. 26929. I receved only 6 Boxes with total weight of 69.8 KG that too after lot of followup at thier office in Chennai and Singapore, with additional payement of Rs.1400/- for their mistake (delay in delivery). ST Cargo has misplaced one box and unable to trace nor have any courtesy to update me about the missed consignment.
