Chrysler Financial is impossible to deal with! We had half of a payment about 45 days late and the next payment around 23 days late. I cleared up the 45 past due payment off via check by phone. Then about 2 hours later they repossessed our vehicle! Naturally upset, we contacted Chrysler Financial and after 10 minutes of automated customer service menus we finally were in contact with the Roanoke, Texas office.
