I have been chasing this company to get a refund for overcharging my cc for over a month. I did not want to just cancel a trial membership because I would not get a refund for NOT being able to reach them. They have TWO "800" numbers that do not allow you to reach a live person if you follow their prompts to ask a question about a charge. When I finally gave up and used the automatic system to cancel my membership, I received an email but no mention of the exact date the cancellation took place.
