Just found out that they didn't deliver funeral flowers to my best friend's dad's service supposedly because they couldn't find a florist in Oakhurst to do it. I find that hard to believe. They didn't bother telling me this info until after the service started, so I didn't have the option of trying other avenues myself. The manager was mildly apologetic at the most and offered to call my friend and tell her that I did try to order flowers.
