Ripped OFF! Ordered two pairs of pearl diamond earrings in March. Paid $295. After 30 days, and many calls to customer service, found out items were not available. At that point I requested a refund. It is June and still no refund. Have reached out to the BBB and company did not respond to complaint. Have been promised a refund by a customer rep on three occasions. Still no refund just alot of run around. Very poor business and treatment of consumers. I was robbed. read full review »
