I ordered a pink baby grand piano for my granddaughters birthday for £71.00 on 23rd May 2011. When it didn't arrive I tried to contact Pink Superstore. There was no telephone number listed on their website and only an e mail available. I have e mailed 3 times without any response to date and still haven't received the piano. In the UK we have organisations that you can complain to and they will take the case up on your behalf. These are government funded and free of charge is there an equivalent in the US?
