I ordered my perfume on the 16 April 2011, it is now 20 June 2011 still no perfume. I have done everything I can think of to get these people to action my many emails even ringing the US and trying to speak to the Customer Service Manager. They are making every excuse under the sun. I have tracked my parcel my parcel to a distribution centre and has been advised by Australia Post that an investigation has to be raised for me to get further details, unfortunately the sender has to raise the investigation.
