We bought a school bag worth 3, 500 pesos at sm department store fairview a week ago and my son used it just for 2 day and now the handle of the bag won't come down. We try to return it due to the said damage they do not want to replace it. They said it was damage during the use what can we do its a school bag for a 2nd grader.
