Dear All: Airtel start some chargeable services on their own and deducted the account balance from my phone, and when I try to complain on their customer care executive on 121 on recorded message they ask for 198 toll free customer complain number and when I tried 198 after all the story recorded message, you can check the account balance & start or stop the services by *121#.
