We have doubled the booking under one name of passenger due to the misleading feedback of the airlines online website in airphilexpress.com.. after I had settled my bookings the site returns to home not clearly indicating that my booking has already been confirmed so i decided to make another transaction again and repeat my booking. so unfortunately, my booking confirmation is now doubled with same name passenger, same flight details particularly the flight date, and destination.
