My girlfriend in Las Vegas fell a couple months behind on car payments to Americredit. She contacted them to make some type of payment arrangement to keep car from being repossessed. They (Americredit office personnel) agreed to accept a payment from her by Wednesday of that week. On Tuesday of that week she stopped at her home in between errands for less than five minutes and in that brief time her car was towed.
