I was visiting Echuca and purchased a new Dora DVD for $19.95 and went to the place I was staying and played it immediately. The DVD was scratched so I took it back within 30 minutes of purchase. The Assistant Manager (named Gemma) would not refund my money as she said she was unable to do refunds. She looked at the DVD and comfirmed that it was faulty/scratched and offered an exchange.
