I was severely ripped off after ordering a product from the website, balticcollagen.us. The anti aging product that I purchased did not work at all. And when I requested a refund, they denied my request stating that only balticcollagen.com offers refunds. Then, someone by the name of Isabelle told me that they were the only authorized distributor of the product line and that it was a world wide policy that the product does not come with a guarantee.
