I ordered a trial of their product & then called to cancel. You only have 14 days to cancel from the date the trial is ordered, not from when you receive the shipment!! I cancelled the services 3 days after the trial period ended & was informed that no shipments had been sent out during that 3 days & the cancellation would insure no further shipments; however, 2 days later there is a charge to my bank account of $90.00 for a supposed shipment that I have yet to receive 30 days later!!
