We were on a tour from Hawaii to the Northeast and Canada via land and cruise. The 16 day tour encompassed wonderful locations. However, to sum up the experience we had with YMT...when in Baltimore, our three tour buses pulled up after a long day on the road at our hotel and there were no reservations made for us. It was the culmination of bad after bad after bad, including to meet and greet at the airport and a several hour wait for transportation to the hotel Whatever you do, don't spend your hard earned money with a company who clearly has no regard for you as a human being, let alone a paying customer. read full review »
