My mother kindly booked a family portrait. The process was completely stupid - you had to go through a registration rigmorole online to 'register your experience' I then had to wait 10 days for a letter to arrive with my options on it ...there was one ...THE CLICK GROUP I then had to ring them...they took me through ANOTHER registration process They could not find a 'Member' studio nearer than nearly 30 miles away THEY WOULD NOT TELL ME ITS NAME.
