Dear whom it may concern, Last night I received the most appalling service from an employee who works at the Braehead Shopping Centre branch of H&M. I have never felt the need to complain about anyone before - but I could not believe the way in which I was treated in this store by an employee named David. I had purchased a dress for my 14 year old sister last weekend.
