I've been a Metro PCS customer for roughly a year now. Two days ago, my phone broke. I went to my local Metro PCS store and purchased a new phone. My first question to Michelle, the woman who helped me, was if I could return the phone. She told me I could, so I purchased a new one. Now I carefully read the return policy on the reciept. I was very careful to follow all the instructions so I could still return the phone.
