Ordered shoes and a belt from their online site. The shoes sent to me for one were not the shoes that I ordered and on top of that were of very poor quality. The belt sent was damaged, having no loop holder for the extra length of the belt once fastened. Contacted the company through email after receiving the incorrect and damaged product sending pictures showing my issues with the product to only receive the response that it was inconceivable that they shipped me the wrong product.
