One month ago I purchased the Docomo prepaid number by paying Rs.200 then submitted the required documentation proofs (PAN card xerox, Phone bill, Photo). After few days when I check with the retailer they said they misplaced my documentation and asked me to resubmit them again. After couple of days (9/6/2011) I resubmitted the documents.
