I never took out a loan with Santander. My loan was sold to them by Citi. I never missed a payment or was late during the entire time that I had the loan. I paid off the loan and Santander is continuing to take the same payment from my account despite the fact that I have a zero balance with them. I have called, faxed and emailed them to try to get it to stop but they refuse to acknowledge that it's happening and refuse to return the money.
