At first glance this site purports to connect small breeders of puppies with families. Upon even the smallest investigation, the alleged small breeders are really nothing but horrible puppy mills in disguise. Seems most of them have been shut down or were supposed to voluntarily have shut down and ceased activity, but that is not the case. They merely found a way around the local animal protection laws.
