I contacted customer service and complained that the bid package I was charged for was not the bid package I selected when signing up. The representative kept telling me that I chose the $99 / 175 bids + 2 spins. I kept insisting that I chose the $27 / 40 bid pack. Interestingly, she said I would have had to manually pick the $27 bid package on this signup page and I told her that I did. Why would she make the comment that I would have had to do that manually in order to get that option, unless she already knew that most people would NOT sign... read full review »
