While I was booking this vacation over the phone, the flight component of my flight "disappeared, " and the agent couldn't find a comparable substitute for the same date. So I requested to cancel the resort as well. I received a cancelation email within a few minutes, and was surprised to see several days later that the charge for the resort went through (not just pending). The cancelation email said that I would get a refund within 7 days, which of course did not happen. It probably goes without saying that it was very difficult... read full review »
