Here are my issues with Reliance: 1. They sold me a 5GB, 3.1mbps plan 2 months ago. But the speed is not more than 26kbps. This is cheating. 2. I have been calling hundred times to them, but no sufficient help or actually no help to solve the problem. This is really bad customer service. 3. They called me and changed my plan to 10 GB.
