Had my Mother in their dementia unit, it was an awful place. She was confused and getting out of her wheelchair, staff didn't want to deal with her so they put her in her room and closed the door. When I arrived I found her in wet clothes, on the floor from trying to get to the bathroom and the air conditioning up full blast. No staff in sight.
