I had a technical fault after 22h00 on June the 17th on my decoder and was advised that i need t check the cable, which i did and nothing happened .I called TOP TV the next day and spent in the excess of R150-00 on calls the whole weekend and the Monday and was advised that i need to get an installer to fix the problem for me. Now who is to be blamed here as this is not human error from my side but surely from the supplier, should they not be liable for repairs to the decoder as i dont even have the unit for a year -please advise on this situation read full review »
