I was bought a sweetie charm from Links of London for Christmas 2010, at the beginning of June 2011 i noticed that the colour was coming off this charm. I went into a Links of London store and was told that nothing could be done about this as the colour on Links of London charms is like nail emnamel and may come off if its hit in a particular way etc... I asked for it to be sent to customer care, three weeks later its finally with customer care who have offered to remove the colour of me and send it back!
