Redbox are complete jerks!!! I rented 2 dvds and returned them 3 days later, after i reached home and check my bank account it shows the funds was deducted. So the following weekend I went to get more DVDs and it show transaction was denied so I called and checked my bank account and I had funds in the account so I called Redbox customer service (straight dummies) and they told me "Oh you didnt have enough funds in your account and that we well try to take the funds out in the next 48 hours to reactivate your card" WTF read full review »

I visit the Edible Arrangements location in North Lauderdale off SR 7 and I drove past and saw the open sign so walked in to make order. Once I walked in I saw no one working so I saw a business card and walked out the store and made a call asking if they were open bc I see no one there. And the rep replied "We are open you see the open sign we are answering the phone and we are always in the office. " He was a real JERK.!!!
