I setup parental controls on my 12 year old son's iphone. However, itunes allowed him to purchase and download explicit material. I requested a refund for all charges and explained my issue but APPLE refuses. What is the point in offering parental controls if APPLE refuses to honor them? As a parent I try to sensor what my child is exposed to. Apple has violated my right to do so. There should be some force of action again this! read full review »
