November last year a purchased a Samsung phone from vodacom.April the phone just started to switch off, it was then send in for a repair.The technician said it was a software problem.A month later the same problem and it was send in for a repair again.Today i received my phone back from repair and the phone couldnt even switch on.After speaking to numerouse people and emails to vodacare my problem has still not been resolved.I think vodacom is unprofessional as no one is able to solve my query or to refer me to the correct person.It seems i spend R1000.00 on a phone for vodacom, as they are more in posession of the phone, then what i am... read full review »
