Wow - this is one endless scam!!! I purchased a Fantom 2TB hard disk at buy.com Dec. 2010. I sent in the rebate and tracked it through promoprocess.com. That was 6 month ago, and promoprocess.com now claims they are waiting for funds from the manufacturer. This is a nasty scam - manufacturers know that many buyer don't send in the rebate.
