my husband had a needed hernia surgery we never used the insurance before. We were told when I purchased this online that it would pay 80/20. that was fine keep the cost down for us. We are struggling hard working people. Maybe 400 a month is not a lot of money to some but it is to us. The hospital bill was 5699.00 they paid nothing they do not cover the facilities.
