Dear Sir, I am having a bank account of SBI in you branch with ATM facility. On 23.06.2011 at about 18:35 hrs, while I was trying to withdraw Rs 4000/- from ICICI ATM counter available at Hotel Ashoka, Jugsalai, Station Rd, JSR after lot of wait a message come “Sorry unable to process….”.
