I purchased a ticket on the TicketMaster website and was charged an $7 box for additional insurance coverage and did not select or mark a check box . This is either a very serious bug on the tickemaster website that should be fixed immediately or a scam. Personally I think a 20 percent charge for insurance for something like this is not a good value, but to be charged without my consent is very irritating and is bad business for both Mondial and TicketMaster.
