Hi This is about IBSN tax services . I lost my patience and putting this complaint. This company filed my tax filing for year -2009 and I payed 265.00 USD for processing fee. But later I changed my mind and do not want to go with IBSN as i saw so many differences between the fees that they charged. So i request them to return my fees and they agreed on it on march 2010 but still now i did not get any response to them. I called custome service lot of times.
