I am under foreclosure as of this date June 24th. I was served on Feb.7, 2011.I am being misrepresented by the mortgage company..and I feel they are prlonging my application process to save my home. I have sent more than twice the same information in regards to my hardship, expenses, and all correspondence they have requested by me in a timely manner. And, its never enough. I am a single parent with one child and I am currently unemployed. I do receive unemployment and child support and I want to keep my home.
